BLACK AND WHITE KITCHENS

BLACK
Going with black cabinets doesn’t mean you will end up with a closed in kitchen. In fact, it can mean just the opposite if the cabinet color pops off of light colored walls, surfaces and flooring. Sleek black – whether in a traditional or modern design – is always sophisticated, formal and sure to make an impact. Black cabinets also provide a perfect backdrop to stainless steel appliances. Anyone who has questioned black cabinetry definitely has a daring side as this is a dramatic alternative to the more popular neutral palette.

ALNOART PRO: Sleek cabinet fronts without handles in a high-gloss black lacquer create a brilliant mirrored effect.
ALNOGLOSS: Go for mainly black, but with minimal white accents with ALNOGLOSS. The high-gloss foil finished surfaces in white, vanilla or magnolia white offer a striking contrast to black.

WHITE
White is classic and architectural at the same time. It speaks of simplistic, modern and clean bright light. It puts food and preparation at the forefront, and can be decorated in a range of styles from modern to retro to traditional. And white doesn’t have to be sterile, in fact it can be downright cozy. Cool white when paired with geometric accents and straight lines is contemporary and chic, while warm white can be elegant and modern or with a throwback to the butlers’ pantry look.

ALNOJET: Take it down a notch with ALNOJET in magnolia white. As a warmer alternative to bright white, magnolia white is crisp without being stark.
ALNOCHIC: ALNOCHIC in high-gloss white features vertically rounded surfaces and horizontal matching edges. Modern, simplistic, and clean.
